My Revelation was false
It was not real
It was the opposite of real
There were no tears
My hair didn’t stand on end
My eyes simply blinked
I looked up and down
Nothing changed
But I was silent
For a while
I felt the calm resonance
Of a bell
A distant bell
This isn’t a real revelation
