Whenever I paint, there are always fragments of fabric and other materials left over. It would be such a shame to waste such valuable and beautiful things.

I’m proud to present the Fragment series, where I transform what could be seen as trash, into something beautiful and full of life. I have always loved collage (see Deep Tapes and D/P/I on discogs.com!), so this is a fun and nourishing practice to compliment my focus of large scale paintings.
